She-Resilience Initiative (SRI) is a humanitarian and development-focused organization committed to empowering women and supporting child development to unlock resilience and foster a brighter, inclusive future. Guided by its mission and vision, SRI prioritizes dignity, hope, and prosperity for all, particularly vulnerable groups. We are a community-based women/youth-led NGO registered in October 2024 and striving to connect hard to reach settlements to services. We work to reduce protection risks stemming from limited access to essential services, strengthen community resilience, and address gender-based violence (GBV).

The organization supports women’s empowerment, especially the girl child, promotes community health, nutrition, WASH, and sexual and reproductive health, and encourages educational inclusion through local partnerships. We advocate for gender equality, social inclusion and protection of vulnerable groups through education, capacity building and community-based programs by providing access to resources, leadership for women, mentorship and support services. She-Resilience Initiative strives to create a society where women, children, youth and persons living with disabilities thrive and reach their full potentials.
